If you use a road guide: the Valrose park is located at the bottom of the Valrose avenue.

From the airport: bus 99 (direct to SNCF railway station) from T1 or T2, then take a free map at the tourism office near the station, then take the tramway to Valrose-Université stop (direction Nice Nord).
OR (longer) bus 98 from T1 or T2 to Masséna-Verdun stop, then take the tramway to Valrose-Université stop (direction Nice Nord).
With the ticket purchased in bus 98 or 99, you can , in principle, take any bus or tramway for the whole day.
